La Bombilla guesthouse and restaurant is located in the centre of A Estrada, close to the Jacobean routes of the Camino de Invierno and the Vía de la Plata. The establishment, which has been operating since 1961, combines accommodation and restaurant services.
The guesthouse has 20 rooms equipped with private bathroom, heating, television and Internet connection. The restaurant has two dining rooms with capacity for approximately 100 guests and offers set menus, à la carte service and takeaway meals. Its cuisine is based on traditional Galician dishes prepared with seasonal and locally sourced products, including specialities such as Galician broth, hake Galician-style or with clams, salmon, entrecôte with mushroom sauce, pork shank in truffle sauce, tripe and roast beef, as well as a variety of homemade desserts.
