O Cruce is an inn with a long tradition linked to the restaurant business, and it is currently run by the third generation of the same family devoted to cooking. Located in Vilatuxe, in the municipality of Lalín, the restaurant prepares its dishes using high-quality ingredients and is especially known for its fish, seafood and meat dishes, thanks to having its own butcher’s shop. This advantage allows the restaurant to select premium-quality meats directly, which is reflected in the excellence of its gastronomic offer. Among its most emblematic dishes is the traditional Lalín stew, one of the culinary hallmarks of the area.
The inn’s menu includes specialities prepared with different types of meat, such as game, capon, lamb or “kikos”, together with outstanding dishes such as lobster with rice, fresh seasonal fish and a variety of homemade desserts. Its cuisine is characterised by the use of fresh, local and seasonal products, maintaining the flavours and traditional preparation methods that have defined the establishment’s identity over the years.
